Here is a walkaround of the F-84E-15RE 49-02348 on display at the American Airpower Museum, Farmingdale, Long Island, NY. The AAM is installed in one of the remaining hangars of the old Republic Aviation plant at Farmingdale. To be at AAM definitely
impress anyone interested in aviation. The old Republic control tower
is still there, and it doesn't take much to imagine the plant at full
steam during those frantic war years. The airport is still operational
(civil), and the bulk of AAM exhibits - not surprisingly - is formed by Republic aircraft.
